To Assist the NCC on National Communications and Cyber Security Center (NCCSC) Establishment
- National Information Security Development (2017-2020) : eight key infrastructures’ information security joint defenses and“cyber security triangle” (National Security Council, Department of Cyber Security and the NCC).
- National Information Security Development (2021-2024): to implement preventive measures via planning, active defense force and mechanism set-up and intelligence collection.
To Build up Information Security Joint Defense Framework of the Communication Field and Have the Network Maintenance Status of the Field in Control
To achieve targets of critical infrastructure (CI) and network obstacle events’ preconditioning, in-event timely notification and response and after-event recovery, National Communications and Cyber Security Center(NCCSC) comprehensive and continuous advanced monitoring, analysis and sharing measures for network operation timely control shall be made at eight fields, including mobile communications, satellite communications, submarine cable communications, fixed communications, DNS domains, cable television, wireless broadcast television and internet access.
Information Security Joint Defense Architecture in the Communication Field
- Spam intelligence exchange with multiple countries.
- Stakeholders in joint defense: Department of Cyber Security, Technical Service Center, TWCERT, communication operators and other seven critical infrastructure ISACs.
