Wireless Communications Laboratory
Green Communications Laboratory
Telecom Technology Center (TTC) aims to be a national-level certification center. The Green Energy Communications Test Laboratory offers testing and certification services for photovoltaic modules, photovoltaic consumer products, junction boxes, and connectors. The efficiency, safety, and quality of customers' products are guaranteed through testing and verification procedures. Furthermore, TTC’s laboratory provides testing services for PV power plant and their components and is aligned with Taiwan's government to promote net-zero emissions and enhance cybersecurity policies. Our offerings include testing for photovoltaic Inverter, monitoring units, elevator control panels, electric vehicle Supply equipment, and power conversion systems (PCS). We are also recognized as a designated VPC Test Laboratory by the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection (BSMI), allowing us to assist domestic and international manufacturers with product cyber-security testing.
Test environment
The laboratory is equipped with complete, high-quality PV modules, systems, and green energy product cyber-security testing equipment:
- Class AAA steady-state solar simulator: ♦ Testable module size: max 2.5m x 1.35m ♦ Irradiance: max 1200W/m2 ♦ IV sweep Time: 50ms ~ 20secs
- Light soaking chamber: ♦ Testable module size: max 2.6m x 2.2m ♦ Irradiance: max 1300 W/m2
- 7 large environmental test chambers: ♦ Testable module size: max 2.6m x 1.5m
- IAM and PAN files testing
- NOCT and NMOT measurements
- UV aging test and salt-mist spray test chambers
- Electrical safety testing equipment, string module IV curve measurement
- Outdoor exposure equipment, outdoor IV measurement equipment, EL testing equipment
- Static mechanical load test (SMLT), dynamic mechanical load test (DMLT), PID and LID testing
- 4G/5G network simulator, static code analysis, vulnerability scanning, denial of service attack, re-play attack
