The utmost goal of the Telecom Technology Center (hereinafter referred to as TTC) Cyber Security and Personal Data Protection (hereinafter referred to as CS & PDP) is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, utility and legal compliance of TTC's information assets and personal information in accordance with related legal requirements and to protect the rights of individuals as well as other parties with interest. And the CS & PDP Management Policy (the Policy) is specified as the supreme guideline for the information communication security and personal information protection management system.


TTC’s CS & PDP goal is to be realized on basis of systematic risk assessment and risk management, under risk control measures implementation principles of management and technology and by TTC staff’s joint efforts on daily work.

  • To ensure the confidentiality, integrity and utility of information related to TTC business, and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, information errors and business interruption.
  • To ensure the control measures of TTC’s CS & PDP management system in compliance with laws and the competent authority regulations.
  • To ensure the operation continuity of TTC diversified business engagement and the reduce of risk impact.
  • To ensure employees' awareness of CS & PDP continuously lift-up.

TTC’s CS & PDP Management Policy and objectives shall be reviewed on annual basis in consistent with TTC’s operation strategy and revised on basis of business changes, technology development and risk assessment results in compliance with related laws/regulations, technical requirements and the expectation of relevant stakeholders.
