2016 4G Speed Measurement Event Commence

NCC has commissioned TTC to provide support in relation to the measurement of an average download speed on 4G networks of the mobile network operators in Taiwan. TTC performs various analyses and tracks 4G download speeds using data from its phone apps which are used by 4G customers in Taiwan.
