The Telecom Technology Center won Taiwan’s first testing laboratory qualification accredited by CBTL under the new version of IEC regulations

The new version of IEC regulations was issued at the end of 2016 for solar module performance and safety testing, On 22 December, 2017, TTC’s Green Communication Laboratory obtained the "CBTL Accredited Testing Laboratory" qualification for the new version of the IEC solar module regulations per official announcement by IEC System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE).  There are four laboratories in the world recognized for the performance and safety testing of crystalline silicon, thin film and CIGS solar modules at the moment, and TTC is the first laboratory accredited in Taiwan.

TTC colleagues work spontaneously and actively to follow the regulation standard evolution regularly, persist in professional technology skillset enhancement, improve equipment energy and testing capabilities and grasp the leading technology pulse which successfully lead TTC to the first CBTL laboratory under the new version of IEC regulations in Taiwan, a new milestone for TTC’s  green energy testing business.  Looking forward the future, TTC will continue to make the best better in cooperation with the national green energy policy promotion at the role of a national certification center to control the quality of solar modules at home and abroad, and assist domestic excellent manufacturers for quick win of the international market entry tickets, implement the service goals of "domestic verification, global customs clearance" and "deep cultivation in Taiwan, global layout".
