Department Duty
Audit Division
  1. Evaluate and recommend implementations of systems, rules and regulations, plans and policies.
  2. Assist the board of directors, and monitor TTC management on the performing of its duty.
  3. Oversees the planning, review, implementation, improvement and tracking of TTC internal control and audit system.
  4. Oversees the planning and execution of risk assessment operations, and issue audit reports to track and improve incompliances.
  5. Report internal audit result in board of directors’ meetings.
  6. Adhere to board of directors and supervisors’ audit requests. 
Testing and Network Communications Technology Division
  1. ICT research and provide ICT equipment testing services.
  2. Eco friendly ICT testing research and testing services.
  3. Build ICT equipment certification power to assist NCC execute certification duties.
  4. Commercialize ICT power to provide technology services to NCC and business.
  5. Build ICT Think Tank strength by conducting research on emerging ICT cyber technology and system integrations.
Applications and Services Division
  1. NPAC system management, and the planning and implementation of new ICT system platform.
  2. The research, design, operation evaluation, and promotion of ICT application services.
InfoCom Security Division
  1. The information security testing, safety evaluation, and consultation on obtaining certification of IoT equipment, mobile devices, ICT cyber equipment.
  2. Focus on the design of field testing, system security planning, and information security monitoring; further, to ensure information security and provide in compliance technology services.
  3. Focus on the security evaluation of ICT and wifi communication, and provide technology services for international security and safety standard compliance.
Research and Planning Division
  1. Research on communications and communication supervision policies and legal issues, with the main focus on the three main axes of "resource management", "market supervision", and "platform and content supervision".
  2. Research on the country’s main digital governance issues, with the main focus on the two main axes of "digital transformation and governance policy" and "digital innovation regulation adjustment".

Administration Division

  1. Manage business decision-making and business execution including marketing, public affairs, government relations, and TTC central networks and systems.
  2. Provide internal and external legal affair services. Plan and design human resources implementation.
  3. Responsible of TTC HQ and branch office's establishment, and conduct TTC procurement affairs.
  4. TTC budget control and management.
