- Evaluate the implementation of institutional systems, regulations, plans, and policies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Plan, implement, review, improve, and follow up on internal control and internal audit systems, and assist the Board of Directors and management in fulfilling their responsibilities.
- Plan and conduct risk assessments, issue audit reports, and follow up on the remediation of identified deficiencies.
- Attend Board of Directors meetings to report on audit operations.
